Steve Ganis has over 25 years of experience as a lawyer and counselor to company management in both in-house and private practice roles.

Steve has vast experience structuring, negotiating, and drafting a wide variety of transactions in connection with many major commercial sectors. He offers seasoned business advice to startups, small businesses and growing companies and has served as fractional, on-demand part-time general counsel, at affordable rates. His legal services include many aspects of business law, and cover the spectrum of a company’s activities, from formation to day-to-day operations, to sale or other disposition.  His office is in Stamford, CT but he continues to represent clients nationwide.

Steve is originally from Great Neck, NY (near Manhattan), and has lived in New York City and now lives in Stamford, Connecticut with his wife Claudia.  They have 2 grown children.
